Shipping & Refund Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If by chance your Junebug's Sauce order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us immediately at customercare@junebugssauce.com so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with the USPS or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued.

Shipping

We make every effort to keep shipping cost to a minimum and normally ship via US Mail; unless otherwise mentioned in the comment section.  Items are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order.

Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase of Hallelu-jah! Sauce.  If you have questions, or issues with your order or receive a damage or broken item, please reach out to us at customercare@junebugsauce.com within 48 hours and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right.  Please include a photo of the damage as we cannot accept notification over the phone.  We must have written and photo documentation to file a claim with our shipping team.  We are unable to send a replacement or refund without this documentation.
