Hallelujah Pork Chop Strips - LaToya Dugar (Renton, WA)
Season to taste or....
4 pork breakfast chops
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup Hallelu-jah! Sauce
Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Slice each chop into medium strips. Dredge each side of the pork chop strips in flour (if desired, add a pinch of salt and pepper to flour), and then set aside on a plate.
Heat the canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. When oil is hot, place sliced pork chops, a few at a time, into the oil. Cook until the chops are golden brown about 1 to 2 minutes (make sure no pink juices remain). Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining slices.
Warm Hallelu-jah! Sauce, place in a small bowl and dip away.
