Shipping & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If, by chance, your Junebug's Sauce order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us immediately at customercare@junebugssauce.com so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with the shipping company or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up, replacements shipped, or credits issued.
Shipping Timeframe
We make every effort to minimize shipping costs and typically use UPS for shipping, unless otherwise specified in the comment section during checkout. Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days from the time you place your order.
Orders
We want you to be happy with your purchase of Junebug’s Sauce(s). If you have any questions, or issues with your order, or if you receive a damaged or broken item, please reach out to us at customercare@junebugsauce.com within 48 hours and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right. Please include a photo of the damage as we cannot accept notifications over the phone. We must have written and photo documentation to file a claim with our shipping team. We are unable to send a replacement or refund without this documentation.
